The Snake represents the symbol of Healing and Medicine in many cultures.
Including the Staff of Asclepius the greek god of Healing. In the Chinese Year of the Wood Snake let us welcome a year that promotes the healing of divided Nations and Transformative dialogue between the various culture tribes, which stoke the discomfort within society. The Snake has the ability to hibernate while digesting his nutrition therefore allowing a deep transformation to occur not only on a physical level but a metaphysical plane within its being. It’s ability to shed it’s skin is a renewal of Life and a letting go of Past lives.
The snake knows when to rest and when to move…
The Snake hides and yet watches from his secret place. It is Graceful and Elegant Smart and calculating its next move. Aspects for us to be mindful of in this Year. In Chinese Mythology The Snake brought order out of Chaos, when the elements of our universe was in its infancy.
May this year of Transformation be one of Hope for our future, Growth in our Chosen Paths, Nourished with Love for our Home Planet and Mankind.
